I just love to be with people who lets you be yourself and it dont matter how old or young they are, you still have a really good time with them. I had a couple of days with good friends in Germany last week, both old and new ones. I had a blast! I could just forget all about work and life in general and relax and have a good time with people who likes me for who I am. We saw some good horses, had interesting conversations and danced to fun music! There were friends from Sweden, Germany, Italy, Austria, Canada, USA, Holland and almost every other european country. It was the European Futurity that made us all go to this small town in the middle of nowhere in Germany, one of the biggest horse shows in the world with over 80.000 euro in price money. All these people, old and young, rich and poor, men and women, lawyers and horse trainers.. they all come for the same reason.. the love for horses and the sport reining.

Me and Isabell being goofy during drag time..
During the drawparty, where all the finalist riders gets to draw in what order they will ride in the final. Its a big thing where every finalist gets introduced and gets up on stage to draw their number.
At the winners party where we all celebrate the winner of the show and just get together to have a good time, most spectators goes home before the party and its mostly riders, horse owners, trainers and other people in the business there. Here I am talking to a trainer from Italy.

Sprezzatura
"This is an Italian word for being able to do your craft without a lot of visible effort. It's a combination of elan and grace and class, sort of the opposite of loud grunts while you play tennis or a lot of whining and fuss when you help out a customer.
Many people are unable to put their finger on it, but this is a magnetic trait for many of us. We want our lawyer, dentist and waiter to demonstrate sprezzatura, but of course, not particularly try to. This is one of the secrets of Danny Meyer's top-rated restaurants in New York. It doesn't have to be flashy, it doesn't even have to be the very best there ever was, but sprezzatura is enough to get us to return. As long as this light-footedness is scarce, it will remain valuable."
