Its a beautiful day

What a day! There is something special about waking up with the sun shining at you through your bedroom window. Today will be one of those fantastic saturdays that you will miss when you walk to the store in november with rain pouring down, wind and darkness and that november temperatures that I really do not miss right now. So Im gonna do the best of this day! My plan for today is like this; Breakfast at home, Take a book with me down to the park, sit down by the river and read, go to the barn and take Grace for a ride on the outdoor track, help Martijn to put a saddle on the arabian that will be ridden for the first time on Monday, then back home, see if the cinema shows the ugly truth tomorrow, some kind of dinner and bed. A perfect saturday! I might try to fit in a coffee down town aswell..
And ofcourse, every now and then, check on my Farmville farm. How could I not? I am hooked. I got a banana tree this morning from a framville friend.. I would rather have a cherry or peach tree but a banana tree will do. I hope my next gift will be cow..or a rabbit.

Farmville

For months Iv seen my Facebook friends working on their cyber farms in Facebooks farmville. You get your own farm and buy animals and buildings, you harvest your cherry trees and pumpkins and send rabbits and cows to friends as gifts. I really didnt get how absolutely everyone was addicted to this game. Its just a game!
I tried it out today, I added the application Farmville to my Facebook, something I am a bit ashamed of actually and I dont want to tell my non-farmer friends on FB. Well...Im hooked..It actually is addictive..I cant say exactly what it is about it but I love it! At least today. Iv already moved up to level 6, I think my farm looks pretty neat, I grow straswberrys, eggplants, wheat, pumpkins and I have a cherry tree and a orange tree. I got a cow and a rabbit from a Farmville neighbour and put up a little fence. It. Is. Silly. And if you dont visit your farm every now and then, your plants, and I think even your animals, will die. How sad is that?
You can add the Facebook friends that also use Farmville as neighbours, when you have saved up enough farmville coints you can buy a mansion or a large pond.
The creators of this game must have a good laugh at all the adults sitting infront of their computers, taking care of their farms..
O well...I am sure Ill get tired of it sooner or later.. but right now, I am a ( not very proud) Facebook farmer! Yeehaaw

Training made personal

So I got myself a PT. Personal Trainer..makes me feel like im important..Its actually a friend of mine thats studying to be a PT and she needs to set up training programs for people for her own training..So she is making one for me. Awesome. I need to get in shape anyways so this is a good way of doing it I guess. I always feel more motivated in the fall to start training. Its like a mini new year, a fresh start, a new chance, perfect time to start training. I already spent hours and hours walking from store to store and city to city when Im off travelling but I dont actually get any work out.
I had the funniest train ride to Stockholm today... The guy next to me started talking to me and pretty soon we were like 5 people discussing fashion...strange.. swedish people are usually not that open, but they were all more than happy to talk to complete strangers! Its a long train ride, about 4 hours, so its nice to actually talk to someone and not just stare out the window for half a day. The barn where I have Grace is now full, 10 horses are standing there with 10 different owners.. the many horses are never the problem, the owners are.. but this seems like a good group of people, most of them know eachother from before and me and the barn owner are good friends so Im sure we will all get a long. It can be alot of fun also, to share a barn with lots of other people, good chance to get new friends! Im dead tired now. spending 4 hours doing just about nothing on a train is really tireing.. tomorrow im going in to stockholm for some shopping and later some dinner with the family.
